I don’t have enough words to express the gratitude I feel for RCP&S. We had hired another recommended to us pool repair person who wasted A LOT of time and money. We live in Tryon Creek and I knew it had to be a clog due to the trees and the fact the pool worked beautifully just a year ago. I called Rose City Pool as a second opinion based on their reviews and not only did Mike fix the problem in truly no time (a big pine needle clog!) he walked me through step by step how to better care for my pool in the woods, some inexpensive upgrades I can make (bigger skimmer baskets), looked over my pool chemicals with me and told me exactly when to introduce each chemical, when to vacuum etc. and he set my healthy happy pump up so I just need to backwash and vacuum to waste. I am so so grateful he saved our summer. In addition to just the excellent service, it didn’t cost a ton so I could afford to do all the upgrades on my own that were recommended. I will never call anyone else if we need help with our pool. 10/10 experience.

Allan did a great job with our pool. We had some issues with the pump after the winter, and he was able to get it going. The pool looked spotless after his visit.

Rose city pool recently replaced my pool vinyl liner and did a great job. crew was professional and efficient and handled everything from start to finish, including startup. new liner looks great and has completely refreshed the pool. Communication was excellent, they sent daily progress photos, and took care of the warranty registration. highly recommended. We will be using Rose City Pool for all our future pool care needs. A-1

Their team installed a new heater for our pool. They worked with a local company to get the excavation completed for gas and handled the install from start to finish. I would recommend Rose city to anybody looking for a pool company to work with!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Rose City Pools! Brian spent a lot of time talking me through an issue with our pump that another company was working on for us. His free advice kept our pool alive while the other company was working on it for weeks (3 weeks)

We finally gave up on the other company and called Rose City Pools. Within 4 hours, they were on site and replacing our pump, and the job was done in under 2 hours. The work and communication done in that short amount of time was very impressive. We will be using the m from now on!
