I am so grateful for the work that Mike and his team did on my hot tub. I had them out twice after the person who installed it kept reneging on times to come out and get it working again after the motor stopped working one month post-install. They were very prompt, professional, and helpful, and they helped me to figure out what was wrong and how to have it not happen again. We are so happy to have found Rose City Poo & Spa. We had been having issues with our heater among other things and they came out right away and Allan and his team found the problems and fixed them immediately. Communication is excellent and everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. We will be using them for all of our pool needs from here on out.

Recently had a broken and leaking motor in my hot tub. Allan came and rebuilt the motor, as well as helped me troubleshoot a couple of other issues that popped up along the way (it is a very old hot tub). He checked in before coming, kept me informed along the way with texts and pictures, and checked out before leaving with pictures of everything that was done. Bryan in the office was very communicative and helped me talk through the possible options for the issues when I tried to explain them (poorly on my part). If you're someone like me, who doesn't know a lot about hot tubs or motors but needs your issue fixed for a fair price, then I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a last minute emergency with my filter pump lid not being able to lock and Rose City Pool & Spa came to the rescue! They sent out someone within 30 min and he was able to assess the problem and get my system back in order. I’m definitely using them again and highly recommend! Prompt, friendly and professional.

Alan, was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, drained the tub quickly into storage pools, fixed the problem quickly, then refilled the hot tub. He then spent time educating me on what I need to look out for. Also super friendly and easy to work with.
