I recently purchased a new hot tub from Rose City Pool & Spa and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, their team made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. They helped me choose the perfect model for my space, coordinated the electrician for the power setup, and handled delivery and installation seamlessly.

What really stood out was how truly “full service” they are. They didn’t just drop it off and leave, they took care of everything. From setting it in place to filling it, balancing the water, and getting it completely ready to use, it was all handled. They even included the first month of service, which was a huge bonus.

I had been putting this off for a long time because I didn’t want to deal with building a pad, removing part of my fence, or figuring out logistics. They took care of all of it from start to finish, and made something I expected to be a hassle feel incredibly simple.

Overall, an excellent experience. If you’re even thinking about getting a hot tub, I’d absolutely recommend them.

We had an amazing experience with Rose City! They did an acid wash treatment to clean off some etching for us and rebalanced our pool. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Rose City Pool & Spa has been doing some great work to get an old tub at a newly purchased home up and running. Mike has been out here a few times and he’s a great communicator, which I really appreciate. Prices are reasonable relative to regional competition. I’d highly recommend them.

Allan came out for diagnostic & it happened that I had the parts I needed already so he dropped what he was doing & got to work. Finished in less than an hour. Everything seems to be fine, no leaks & it’s heating up.
