They helped me choose the perfect model for my space, coordinated the electrician for the power setup, and handled delivery and installation seamlessly.

What really stood out was how truly “full service” they are. They didn’t just drop it off and leave, they took care of everything. From setting it in place to filling it, balancing the water, and getting it completely ready to use, it was all handled. They even included the first month of service, which was a huge bonus.

I had been putting this off for a long time because I didn’t want to deal with building a pad, removing part of my fence, or figuring out logistics. They took care of all of it from start to finish, and made something I expected to be a hassle feel incredibly simple.

Overall, an excellent experience. If you’re even thinking about getting a hot tub, I’d absolutely recommend them.
