Rose City Pool & Spa LLC

We are so happy to have found Rose City Poo & Spa. We had been having issues with our heater among other things and they came out right away and Allan and his team found the problems and fixed them immediately. Communication is excellent and everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. We will be using them for all of our pool needs from here on out.

Recently had a broken and leaking motor in my hot tub. Allan came and rebuilt the motor, as well as helped me troubleshoot a couple of other issues that popped up along the way (it is a very old hot tub). He checked in before coming, kept me informed along the way with texts and pictures, and checked out before leaving with pictures of everything that was done. Bryan in the office was very communicative and helped me talk through the possible options for the issues when I tried to explain them (poorly on my part). If you're someone like me, who doesn't know a lot about hot tubs or motors but needs your issue fixed for a fair price, then I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had a last minute emergency with my filter pump lid not being able to lock and Rose City Pool & Spa came to the rescue! They sent out someone within 30 min and he was able to assess the problem and get my system back in order. I’m definitely using them again and highly recommend! Prompt, friendly and professional.

Alan, was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, drained the tub quickly into storage pools, fixed the problem quickly, then refilled the hot tub. He then spent time educating me on what I need to look out for. Also super friendly and easy to work with.

Allan did a really great job identifying an electrical problem with my hot tub, saving me a lot of money in replacement parts. He was very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend Rose City to anyone needing a hot tub diagnostic or repair.

I purchased supplies for my hot tub from them, very friendly, knowledgeable and great prices. My new go to place for my Spa supplies and water testing.

These guys fixed an old cracked tub in like two weeks and were fair and affordable.Also happen to be super nice guys. Hire them!
